Last month, members of the PTP team had the privilege of spending the evening at the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge in Boston, serving a homemade Greek dinner to guests and their caregivers who are currently undergoing cancer treatment. Thank you to our team, Gary Derheim, Patrick McGillicuddy, Eric Ransden, Nicole Sullivan, Ken Lee, Chris Wood, Joei-Lynn Cote, Brantley Henson, Roger Dunn, and Michael Hanna.

While the meal brought everyone together, the true impact of the evening came from the conversations shared around the table. We had the opportunity to meet incredible individuals from across the country, hear their stories, and witness firsthand the resilience, courage, and positivity that define the Hope Lodge community.

Hope Lodge provides more than just lodging, it offers comfort, connection, and a sense of home during some of life’s most challenging moments. Spending time with the guests and caregivers was a powerful reminder of the importance of community and the difference simple acts of kindness can make.

We are grateful to the American Cancer Society and the Hope Lodge team for welcoming us and allowing us to be a small part of such an inspiring mission.

“The Hope Lodge is more than a place to stay-it’s a community built on strength, hope, and support.”
Thank you to everyone who volunteered and helped make the evening special. It was an honor to serve, connect, and give back. – Gary Derheim
